    These exceptionally realistic fly patterns are made from natural ferret skin. To prepare, trim the hair on the skin to a length of 3mm. Then cut the skin into narrow strips and soak them. Wind a thread of appropriate color on the hook and wrap
    a strip around it.
    The fly has a very realistic appearance, and its color
    becomes visible when it gets wet.
